Inbal Ron, executive director of the Dror Educational Centers school network, will join us* to share her story of October 7 and the aftermath. Kibbutz Beeri, located just three miles from the Gaza Strip, was devastated that day, losing 10 percent of its residents. Traumatized evacuees were relocated to the Dead Sea area to temporary homes. Dror Israel played a crucial role in helping them rebuild and establishing educational frameworks and programs that have provided hope, focus, and support for the children’s healing and resilience. Come hear Inbal’s powerful story and discover how women are driving change in Israel’s current crisis.
A kosher dairy lunch will be provided by Seasons.
Admission: $18
