SUMMARY:JCCMW - Zionism\, Activism\, and Feminism: A Women's Circle
DESCRIPTION:Inbal Ron\, executive director of the Dror Educational Centers 
 school network\, will join us* to share her story of October 7 and the aft
 ermath. Kibbutz Beeri\, located just three miles from the Gaza Strip\, was
  devastated that day\, losing 10 percent of its residents. Traumatized eva
 cuees were relocated to the Dead Sea area to temporary homes. Dror Israel 
 played a crucial role in helping them rebuild and establishing educational
  frameworks and programs that have provided hope\, focus\, and support for
  the children’s healing and resilience. Come hear Inbal’s powerful sto
 ry and discover how women are driving change in Israel’s current crisis.

 n of 1\,300+ trained educators\, living and working in Israel’s most cha
 llenged neighborhoods. Our trained educators have extensive experience est
 ablishing daycare and emotional-first aid programs for traumatized childre
 n. Since October 7\, we have run schools and programs for approximately 41
 \,000 evacuees and communities under fire.\nAbout the Speaker\nInbal Ron h
 as 20 years of experience developing and operating award-winning schools a
 nd educational frameworks\, especially for at-risk youth. She is a driving
  force in innovative education and an important leader in building healing
  and resilience initiatives for Israel’s young people.\n\n*Because of th
 e current situation in Israel\, Inbal can no longer travel to the United S
 tates. The program will be in person with Rabbi Dahlia Bernstein\, senior 
 director of Jewish Engagement\, interviewing Inbal who will be connecting
