Financial Statements

The Westchester Jewish Council is an IRS designated 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation. Funding for the Council comes from several sources:

• Dues from our member organizations
• Revenue from our biennial Directory
• Program revenue
• Grants from organizations and foundations.  Our biggest funder is UJA-Federation of New York, of which we are proud to be a beneficiary agency.
• Donations from individuals, which account for over 50% of our annual operating budget.  Our annual Gala remains our one and only fundraising event.
