Many of our member synagogues are generously opening their High Holiday services and related events to the community. We invite you to explore the list below as a resource and encourage you to contact each synagogue directly for additional details.

Our services are open to the public — no one is turned away. We welcome all generations, religious backgrounds, interfaith families, empty nesters, singles, LGBTQ+, the scholarly and observant, and those new to Judaism.
When you come into our beautiful service, you will find a distinctive openness and spirituality, as we mark the traditional rituals of the Days of Awe. It’s an environment of inspiration, welcome, community, and song.

We are offering public tickets ($250/adult) as a one-time opportunity for the public to experience CSI. If attendees choose to become a member by December 31, 2026, the full cost of the purchase will be applied toward their CSI membership dues.
In addition to our adult services, non-members who purchase High Holiday tickets are welcome to bring their children, ages 3–12, to our children’s services at no additional cost.
We are also pleased to offer our Family Services and Tashlich experience free and open to all. Registration is requested.
Rosh Hashanah Day 1 Family Service: Celebrate the New Year with an engaging outdoor service on our Farm. (Closed-toe shoes are recommended.)
Tashlich: Join us at Wishnie Park in Ossining as we gather by the water for this meaningful High Holiday tradition.
Yom Kippur Family Service: Experience an interactive and engaging service at CSI featuring a special goat encounter that helps bring themes of reflection, forgiveness, and renewal to life for children and families.
Complementary services will be offered to first time FHC attendees and they need to register. If they are coming for the second time, people need to register and pay.
All services will be live streamed and note that we do not offer Yizkor to non-ticket holders.

Please come home for the holidays. Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services begin at 9:30 AM each day. Mishpacha services, for families with children age 6 and younger, as well as Jr. Congregation (for older children), begin at 10:30 AM.
Young families are welcome to join us for the children’s services for free. We offer non-members a one-time opportunity to experience GHC at $100/adult/service. If you become a member by December 31, 2026, we will credit your ticket costs to your membership dues.
Everyone is invited to Tashlich on Sunday, September 13th at 5:15 PM at the Dobbs Ferry Waterfront Park.

Non-Members
You don’t have to be a PJC member to join us for the High Holidays! We welcome everyone. But to help us in planning, we’d like to hear from you in advance. Again, the suggested donation for adult guests is $180 per guest for one holiday or $250 per guest to attend both. The suggested donation for guest children and grandchildren is $18 per child. For payment details, please contact the PJC office and let us know which days you’d like to come.

Rosh Pinah Chavurah of the Rivertowns is delighted to invite all members of the Westchester Jewish Community to our High Holiday Services. Our Conservative, Egalitarian services are predominantly member led, resulting in very meaningful and personal interpretations of the familiar prayers and practices.
While we are known to be the best kept secret for Jewish Empty Nesters, we welcome your entire family — parents, children and grandchildren — to join you for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. There is never a fee to attend any of our services, however, donations are always appreciated.

Celebrate the High Holy Days with Temple Israel
We warmly invite you to join us for the upcoming High Holy Days. We look forward to sharing a deeply meaningful and spiritual experience with our community this year. Please note: for the safety and security of our community, all in-person attendees must register in advance. A $180 donation is suggested upon registration.

Temple Shaaray Tefila
Temple Shaaray Tefila is pleased to offer a limited number of non-member tickets for the High Holy Days. Tickets are $450/person (plus credit card processing fees) and include all worship services and related security fees. The cost of the ticket is applicable to a membership at Shaaray Tefila if membership is applied for by the end of the calendar year. All attendees must register according to their government issued ID and must present said ID to gain entrance. Please no large bags or packages on the premises. The Westchester Community for Humanistic Judaism (WCHJ)
The Westchester Community for Humanistic Judaism (WCHJ) will hold its Rosh Hashanah service on Saturday, September 12, starting at 6 pm, and its Yom Kippur service on Monday, September 21, starting at 5:30 pm. The address for both services, which will be led by Rabbi Frank Tamburello, is Community Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 468 Rosedale Avenue, White Plains, NY 10605.
Tickets for Rosh Hashanah are $10 if purchased in advance (https://www.ubme.com/event/b713c674-825c-4f1f-bbd0-3fb789c55e3f) or $15 at the door. Tickets for Yom Kippur are $20 if purchased in advance (https://www.ubme.com/event/642abf6e-ba02-46f2-aed3-b396fb8574a6) or $25 at the door. The will be a break-the-fast after the Yom Kippur service.
