Yoga can help us to experience ease and calm amidst the stress that often surrounds us. Come join us for a 3 session Iyengar Yoga series and learn ways to relieve physical and mental stress, and experience a sense of rejuvenation and energy. We will begin to explore a Yoga practice that can be empowering, nourishing and mind opening. Taught by Nancy Kardon, a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and meditation practitioner who has been teaching at Iyengar Yoga Scarsdale for 26 years.
