Jorge Ruiz is an Accredited Financial Counselor and OFE-certified Financial Counselor working across several projects such as the HRA/OFE Jobs-Plus program, UJA Hub at Commonpoint Queens, and the UJA satellite sites located throughout the New York metropolitan area.
