organ donation.
Organ donation is permitted, even encouraged, by Jewish tradition – but not everyone knows that! Come learn about the need for donation and the importance of living and deceased donors, with a particular focus on living kidney donations. Swabbing will be available. Speakers will include Rabbi Josh Sturm from Renewal (
www.renewal.org), a life-saving kidney donation assistance and advocacy organization, Rabbi Mara Young, Steve Schwartz, board member of WCT and kidney donation recipient, and Meg Munits, WCT member. Please RSVP at
