Mondays, October 12–December 14 (no session October 19)
6:30–8:00 PM
Move. Play. Connect.
We’re excited to launch a new PingPongParkinson® chapter at the JCCMW! PingPongParkinson® is a global movement that uses table tennis to help people with Parkinson stay active, improve movement and coordination, and connect with others in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Through weekly sessions, participants will play table tennis in a fun, social setting while engaging skills that can support balance, coordination, motor function, and neuroplasticity.
This program is about more than table tennis. It’s an opportunity to move your body, challenge your brain, build connections, and have fun with others in the Parkinson community.

Volunteer Opportunities
Help us build our PingPongParkinson® community! Volunteers play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our PPP players. Whether you’re helping participants get comfortable at the table, assisting with setup and breakdown, encouraging players during sessions, or simply helping create a friendly atmosphere, there are many ways to get involved.
No table tennis experience is necessary to volunteer. We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable community members who enjoy connecting with others and want to make a difference.
