Whether you’re an experienced meditator or a newbie, we welcome you to join us for a meaningful, Jewish-themed guided meditation experience in our sukkah with Jewish Meditation Instructor Glenna Lee. Come as you are and leave feeling balanced and content. Refreshments will be served. For ages 55+.
We will meet in the lobby and walk to the sukkah together.
About the Instructor
Glenna Lee is a certified meditation guide and Jewish educator. She hopes to elevate our spirituality, connecting us with our earth, each other, and ourselves, while honoring our sacred Jewish traditions.
