Join us at JCCH on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 for a gentle Kripalu-style yoga class enriched with Jewish themes. JCCH member, Susan Adler, will lead you through basic yoga poses, focusing on gentle movement, breathing and guided meditation. Come nurture your body, mind and spirit in a Jewish setting. Bring your yoga mat, yoga blanket or beach towel, and two yoga blocks if you have them. Open to all at no charge, from those new to yoga to experienced practitioners.
