Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center Memory Keeper Story Hour Speaker Series: Noa Ganz and Sam Pittman To Speak

When

April 6, 2022
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Please join us on April 6 at 7 p.m. from the safety and comfort of your own home to listen to Noa Ganz and Sam Pittman tell their grandparents Holocaust story.

At 7 p.m., Noa Ganz will speak about survival from her grandfather and his family’s amazing journey by foot to escape from the Holocaust starting from Poland, through Russia and Siberia, an ultimately to Uzbekistan.

At 8 p.m., Sam Pittman will speak about survival from his grandmother and his great grandmother.  His story is about strength, courage, and resilience of his family, as they endured difficult times hiding in the attic of a barn in Poland.

These stories offer a unique opportunity to hear about consequences of hate and power of hope, as they help people reflect and realize that choices matter and that one person can make a difference.

We are grateful for the contributions of courageous men and women who share their stories and pass it on to future generations.
