Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center and Congregation Emaun-El- Film Screening and Discussion About Carl Laemmle
Please join the Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center and Congregation Emanu-El for a special film screening and discussion on Carl Laemmle on March 14 at 4 p.m. from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Carl Laemmle is a German-Jewish immigrant, who founded Universal Pictures and saved over 300 Jewish families from Nazi Germany. He gave us make believe monsters like Dracula and Frankenstein, but saved people from the real ones.
After the film, director James. L. Freedman will answer questions.
