The Jewish tradition is rich in wisdom for living in anxious and uncertain times. Join us for a journey into Biblical, Talmudic, and contemporary texts that will challenge, enlighten, and comfort us as we face our fears as well as the dual pandemics of coronavirus and racism. Each session will be followed by an optional writing session as a way to synthesize our learning into a piece of creative poetry or prose.
8 Wednesdays, October 28, November 4, November 11, November 18, November 25, December 2, December 9, December 16, 2:00-3:00 PM, $150 suggested fee, with optional add-on writing session from 3:15-4:15 PM, $250 for both.
