Adults 60+ will use watercolor and collage elements to depict a still life of simple objects. No experience necessary. Materials provided.

Join us to create art, attend the reception, or both!

In this class, we’ll use watercolor and collage to depict a still life of simple objects. We’ll start with a piece of large mixed media paper and apply a background “wash” of watercolor. Each artist will then draw with paper and construct a composition of what they see by collaging on top! Color theory will be discussed and incorporated. Each one-of-a-kind artwork will be displayed in the gallery windows to be viewed by the community at large. No experience necessary. All art supplies will be provided.  Adults 60+

An opening reception with light refreshments will be held the following Sunday, August 20, from 1-3 PM to celebrate the artists and share their work with the wider community. All are invited!
