Join us for a night of serious fun featuring the comedic talents of Alison Leiby. Alison is a stand-up comic who co-produced The Marvelous Mrs. Meisel and she will now be bringing to Kol Ami her stand-up routine entitled Oh God, An Abortion. “An understated, humane and deeply funny examination of the experience of having an unwanted pregnancy and an abortion — Alison Leiby uses observational comedy to reframe a political question at a critical moment for reproductive rights. Tickets are $36 each in advance and $40 cash at the door. All proceeds will go to Choice Matters.org. Choice Matters is a group whose mission is to ensure that all women, regardless of age, race, class, status, geography or ability to pay, have full, unimpeded access to reproductive health.
