Ofer Erez will be sharing his personal journey as the first openly transgender officer in the IDF, the former CEO of the Jerusalem Open House for Pride and Tolerance (and personally coordinating and leading the Jerusalem Pride Marches), and all of the work he has done for the LBTQ+ community in Israel.
Attendees will benefit from a personal story about being part of the LGBTQ+ community in Israel, struggles and successes, and learning about the additional work that needs to be done for Israel to have an equal and just society.
