A Zoom Conversation with Dr. Alan Friedman, MD FAAPMR and Council Board Member, Danny Schultz
Dr. Friedman is currently Assistant Director, Department of Rehabilitation and Physical
Medicine, and Chief, Physical & Musculoskeletal Medicine at The Soroka University Medical
Center, in Be’er Sheva in Israel. Dr. Friedman has worked in both the US and Israel in the
rehabilitation of war veterans. Since October 7th he has been working intensely with wounded
soldiers at the Soroka Medical Center, to help them regain their lives and independence.
Friedman is renowned internationally for his exceptional work on both the emotional
as well as physical therapy for wounded soldiers.
