how to deliver trauma-informed care to Holocaust survivors, Second Generation and other traumatized populations. Recognize emotional triggers in healthcare that can re-traumatize Holocaust survivors. Develop self-awareness of your reactions to survivors of the Holocaust and other traumas.

The program includes:
• Virtual guided tour of the core exhibit at the Museum of Jewish Heritage –
A Living Memorial to the Holocaust
• Testimony from a Holocaust survivor
• A didactic session from noted psychologist Irit Felsen, Ph.D.
