Join Bet Am Shalom for a virtual event to understand the plight of the over 14,000 Jews remaining in Ethiopia under appalling conditions, 70% of whom have parents, children or siblings in Israel. Israel recently announced it would bring 3,000 to 5,000 Jews from Ethiopia to Israel.
Our panel of leaders includes Rabbi Lester Bronstein, Jeremy Feit, President of SSEJ, and Howard Rieger, the former head of the United Jewish Council which is now the Jewish Federations of North America. Kobi and Aslam-Warqe Davidian, directors of the 2022 film “With No Land” (see link below for film), will provide a pre-recorded Q and A.
