  Mike Moskowitz. Rabbi Moskowitz will be giving a d’var tefillah on Frid
 ay night\, the sermon during Shabbat morning services\, and teaching after
  kiddush on the following topics:\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nFriday night: "Shabbos and
  the Gendered Texture of Time"\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nShabbat Morning Sermon: "Homo
 phobia is the Real Abomination: Classic Sources and New Understandings"\n\
 n&nbsp\;\n\nPost Kiddush Text Study: "Honoring the Divine Presence by Show
 ing Up: Allyship as a Spiritual Practice"\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nRabbi Mike Moskowi
 tz is the Director of Scholarship and Multi-faith Engagement at The Beacon
  for Democracy\, a project of Union Theological Seminary. For the past sev
 en years he served as the Scholar-in-Residence for Trans and Queer Jewish 
 Studies at Congregation Beit Simchat Torah\, the world’s largest LGBT sy
 nagogue. Rabbi Moskowitz received three Ultra-Orthodox ordinations while l
 earning in the Mir in Jerusalem and BMG in Lakewood\, NJ. He is a Wexner F
 ield Fellow\, Senior Rabbinic Fellow at the Hartman Institute\, and the au
 thor of Textual Activism\, Graceful Masculinity\, Seasonal Resistance\, an
 d Ancestral Allyship.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nRabbi Moskowitz will not be using the 
 microphone when he speaks therefore his talks will not be audible on the l
