June is LGBTQ+ Pride Month and Temple Beth Abraham will host a Pride Shabbat Reform Service, open to all: singles, families, students, and guests.
TBA is a safe place for everyone to be who they are; no one has to choose between expressing their identity and their religion.
We will have a special guest speaker, Dubbs Weinblatt, Associate Director of Education and Training at Keshet in the New York Metro area. Dubbs is the founder and executive producer of Thank You for Coming Out, a queer improv show, and co-founder and executive producer of Craft Your Truth, an organization that encourages LGBTQ folks to use any kind of performance art as a way to express their stories and connect with their community around them.
Dubbs earned their B.S. from The Ohio State University and currently volunteers with New Alternatives. They are currently writing a book.
