DESCRIPTION:The International Day of Jewish Youth Service takes on a very s
 pecial meaning this year as we work to support and honor the victims and s
 urvivors of the October 7th attacks in Israel. Hudson Valley Region\, in c
 ollaboration with J-Teen\, is eager to bring the community together for an
  incredibly powerful evening commemorating Israel's artistic community\, p
 articularly the Nova Music Festival.\n\nAfter celebrating Havdallah togeth
 er\, we will amplify the music\, dancing\, and peace of the Nova Music Fes
 tival through our own Silent Disco\, creating space for memorialization an
 d reflection alongside joy and celebration. Teens will enjoy festival-like
  activities alongside fundraisers to support organizations in Israel that
  are directly working with the survivors of the Nova Music Festival.\n\nTh
 is event is open to any and all Jewish teens in grades 8 - 12. 50% of the 
 ticket proceeds will be donated to Israeli organization(s) to be announced
