 ations later\, the ancestral heart of Russ &amp\; Daughters continues to t
 hrive on the Lower East Side\, with three more locations throughout the ci
 ty.\n\nEncompassing history\, tradition\, and delicious food\, Russ &amp\;
  Daughters: 100 Years of Appetizing shares insider anecdotes from the fa
 mily and characters on both sides of the counter. The cookbook includes gu
 ides to its most famed offerings—smoked salmon\, sable\, sturgeon\, herr
 ing\, and caviar—plus over 100 recipes for latkes\, matzo ball soup\, ba
