 n\nWith over 18 years of culinary experience\, Rajni draws inspiration fro
 m the food traditions she grew up with in Kerala\, where cooking was deepl
 y woven into family\, celebration\, and hospitality. Her cuisine reflects 
 that heritage while embracing the elegance and artistry of modern fine din
 ing.\n\nHer culinary journey has taken her from Kerala to New York\, inclu
 ding training at the Institute of Culinary Education and experience in the
  kitchen of Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges. Her work has earned recogn
 ition as a 2022 Best of Westchester honouree\, reflecting her ability to t
 urn a meal into something far beyond food: an immersive experience rooted
