 n Dror Israel’s associated Youth Movement NOAL\, to learn about the impo
 rtant work they do to run Jewish-Arab youth programs to establish common g
 round. They bring children from different backgrounds together to create m
 eaningful connections\, encourage dialogue\, and promote mutual understand
 ing\, even in times of crisis.\n\n\nDror Israel is a leading force for soc
 ial change in Israel. They have 1\,500 trained educators living together i
 n 16 Educators Kibbutzim throughout Israel. Embedded in the communities th
 ey serve\, they partner with municipalities to address local needs. Throug
 h their youth movement\, schools\, and trauma-supportive programs\, they i
 mpact over 200\,000 Israelis annually\, helping communities heal\, renew\,
  and rebuild.\n\n\nAs Israel recovers\, this work has never been more urge
