 landscape.\nDavid Einhorn is president of Greenlight Capital\, Inc.\, which
 he co-founded in January 1996. Prior to founding Greenlight\, David worked
 at Donaldson\, Lufkin &amp\; Jenrette (DLJ) and Siegler\, Collery &amp\;
 Co.\nDavid is Chairman of the Boards of Greenlight Capital Re\, Ltd.
 (NASDAQ:GLRE) and Green Brick Partners\, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRBK).  He is the
