Six Fridays, beginning September 16, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PMAre you aging without a family member nearby or close friend to take on the role of caregiver or healthcare decision maker? Would you like to build and nourish your social network? Do you seek guidance on housing options and other types of life planning as you age? This 6-session program is designed for anyone seeking tools, strategies and support to age successfully and plan for the future. Each session will offer a topic-specific presentation, coaching, and guidance on critical decision-making and planning for the future, along with conversation, personalized check-ins and assignments.
