Inspired by the Jewish holiday of Shavuot, this special program by MoveMeant moves between the known and the yet to be revealed capacity of our body. Together we will step outside of our comfort zones through breath and vocal exercises, embodied meditation, live music and guided movement. Founded in 2017, MoveMeant’s mission is for every human being to feel at home and at peace in their own bodies.
