  health and fitness program meets every Tuesday morning\, with classes cre
 ated and customized for seniors. Equipment includes exercise balls\, stret
 ch bands and free weights. Instructor\, Maryann Scrobe. No charge for Silv
 er Sneakers participants. Sessions are offered at a nominal $5 fee to non-
 Medicare participants. Coffee and Nosh at 10am\, Flex begins promptly at 1
