DESCRIPTION:Please Join us for American Friends of Magen David Adom's firs
 t-ever concert with Israeli singer and songwriter Idan Amedi\, which will 
 be held at 6:00 PM on May 15th\, 2025\, at the United Palace\, located at 
 4140 Broadway Ave\, New York\, NY 10033. \n\nAmedi began his career writi
 ng and performing Hebrew music in Israel\, before joining the cast of the 
 hit action TV series Fauda\, where he played Sagi Tzur\, an undercover int
 elligence officer for an elite counter-terrorist unit in the IDF. After th
 e October 7 Hamas-led terrorist attack on Israel\, Amedi was called up to 
 join the IDF as a reservist and was seriously injured in January 2024 duri
 ng a bombing operation of a Hamas tunnel in Southern Gaza.   \n\nIn the
  aftermath of the October 7th Hamas terrorist attack and with the ongoing 
 war in Gaza\, AFMDA's work is now more crucial than ever\, and we are coun
