Westchester Adult Jewish Education

Westchester Adult Jewish Education (WAJE) offers Jewish adults 3, 5 and 10-week classes across a spectrum of Jewish topics.  The study of sacred texts, history, contemporary literature, Israeli cinema, Jewish meditation, ethics, philosophy and music as midrash are just a few of the 2011-12 course topics awaiting WAJE students.

WAJE classes are created and taught by local clergy and scholars from across the Jewish denominational spectrum.  Each is challenged to transform his or her academic passions into sophisticated, engaging classes accessible to Jewish adults of any background – all (or no) Jewish observance background; all (or no) Jewish educational background.
